Forgot Username
- In case you have lost username open the login website of the Occrra. www.occrra.org/user/login
- As the website opens there is the ‘Forgot Username’ button below the space to enter the password.
- Click on it and you will be taken ahead to the next page.
- Provide the Email or OPN and click on the button below.
Reset Password
- In case you wish to reset password visit the login website of the Occrra.
- Below the sign in section you will find the ‘Reset Password’ button.
- Click on it and the password reset page opens.
- Type in the Username, Email or OPN there.
- Click the ‘Reset Password’ button and you can regain access to your password.
How to Create Profile
- To register for an account go to the login page.
- Look below the sign in section.
- There is a ‘Create Profile’ button there.
- Click on it and the registration page opens.
- Provide your personal email and click on the button there.
- Now you need to validate your email address then set up account.
