• Country.

• City.
• State.
• ZIP Code.
• County.
• Date of Birth.
• Legal Sex.

• Follow the prompts to create the account credentials, username, and password to complete the account set up.

Logging into MyAdvocateAurora Account :

You may start accessing the MyAdvocateAurora account immediately after setting up its account credentials. Here is the process to access your billing and patient tool account:
